the ironic image of forward living

  1. Such frosty clarity I see here. For some reason, the following quote by Anne Lamott from her spectacular book, "Bird By Bird" comes to my mind. xoxo

“E.L. Doctorow said once said that 'Writing a novel is like driving a car at night. You can see only as far as your headlights, but you can make the whole trip that way.' You don't have to see where you're going, you don't have to see your destination or everything you will pass along the way. You just have to see two or three feet ahead of you. This is right up there with the best advice on writing, or life, I have ever heard.”

  4. Searched for you because I had not seen your thought provoking 'ditties' on the blogspot site where I had become so accustom to seeing you. Guess you must have needed a reprieve from colloquial 'egos'.

Hope your well and intraspective search is also.

"Words at the limit of hearing, attributable to no one, received in the conch of the ear like dew by a leaf." (philippe jaccottet) or even a quiet presence is appreciated))
