  1. An absolute treat, as the minimum things made with care and art they are able thrill us.

    1. damaso, can you imagine something this profound is everywhere here! the world makes itself over and over to tell us its dramatic truths.

    1. but the world is not isolated, dirk.

i had another shot where the stump was isolated on a field of white. but what was missing? for me, honesty.

but thank you for your opinion. it keeps things interesting.

  5. It's hard for me to wrap my mind around the words swamp and snow in one sentence & photograph. Mind-blowingly beautiful. xo

PS: (still lost in CharlesfuckingWright, passionately lost and not wanting to be found. thank you again and again and again xo)

    1. charlesfuckingwright! :)))

ah! and swamps and snow, yes! for us this is (for half a year) one and the same. but not for you. this goes to show us how regionally we are defined.

charlesfuckingwright is inexhaustible. once you read him you must read him again!

  7. we all must know that the only wealth is here in our attention.

And I worship at this wealth of attention.
