not a pretty picture. not a good. not a bad. picture. but an argument.

field

if i could spend a lifetime
walking in a field
well then, i would be alright
there is a healing power
of being both lost and found
simultaneously
while walking in a field
there is a celebration of life
a witnessing
hymns of love and hallelujah
and isolation enough
so as to not cause damage

oh, field
take me to a field

  5. aimee, very dreamy. i shouted to robert, stop the car! i walked to the edge. i entered quiet. in my mind i kept walking.

birdie, thank you. it's not so much poetry but rather how i feel.

    D. Edwards, i laugh. you continue to perplex me. but thank you. who, just who - are you standing there at your mirror? (and is that a mirror?)

"Words at the limit of hearing, attributable to no one, received in the conch of the ear like dew by a leaf." (philippe jaccottet) or even a quiet presence is appreciated))
