sometimes the unexpected light will get you through

  1. Wow, this is Rembrandt! Light slowly eating its way through darkness. The depth is amazing. I'm awestruck. A truly wonderful work.

  2. sometimes it just takes a field, you know, to release the spirit. light always helps. there was light this day. unfortunately i've smudged it with this texture but it was a special time. every time when the trees are illuminated in special ways - well, my children are a little sick of me pointing and shouting, the light! the light! but i feel it every time.

oh, and ollie! it was today, this very day, that a small rivulet opened up down our main street. funny that, having just mentioned that to you. i thought of you as i walked through it.

  3. how is light for you, momo, in your world? is it through windows or in trees?

yesterday my son said, hey mom, do you ever watch dust?

i said, yes son, isn't it wonderful? (but without light it would just be dirt.)
